Management Profiles
The management is primarily responsible for ensuring the appropriate review of future company plans, good governance and effective control systems to protect shareholder value. In essence the management establishes corporate strategy and the company’s business objectives. It also approves the company’s financial statements and assess overall performance against corporate plans and objectives.
Masood Jaffery
Designation: Chief Executive Officer
Masood Jaffery has around thirty-five years of rich and eminent work experience holding senior level positions in the pharmaceutical industry in Pakistan and Overseas. Amongst the several leadership positions that he held, Masood Jaffery was the Director Marketing & Sales, SB / GSK Pakistan, VP Commercial, GSK ME Africa, GM & VP GSK Saudi Arabia as well as the Managing Director and Board member of Glaxo Saudi Arabia Ltd. His last position before joining STCL was VP & Programme Leader, GSK MENA/CIS/SSA /Subcontinent.
Masood Jaffery did his B. Pharmacy from the University of Karachi and MBA from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA). He attended the Leadership Program at INSEAD and the Marketing & Business Development Program at Ashridge Management College, UK.
Masood Jaffery has joined Shabbir Tiles and Ceramics in March 2017 and has played a significant role in building and establishing the company towards successes. He holds an important stance as a role model to his colleagues encouraging them to grow and maintains a friendly work environment.
Waquas Ahmed
Designation: Director – Sales, FG & Logistics
Waquas Ahmed joined Shabbir Tiles & Ceramics Ltd. in the year 2010. He climbed the ladder to success showcasing an exceptional performance earning his designation as the Chief Financial Officer of the company in September 2016. He has more than 10 years of diversified professional experience at senior management positions in Finance, Audit and Operations.
Waquas is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and has completed his qualification as a qualified Chartered Accountant in the year 2008.
Waquas, currently the Director – Sales, FG & Logistics, plays a significant role in Stile. His strong leaderships skills and wide knowledge in the finance field has proven a successful record in transforming the company towards profitable growth. He is considered as a reliable and valuable asset to the company in many ways.
Umair Ali Bhatti
Designation: Chief Financial Officer
Umair Ali Bhatti joined as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Shabbir Tiles & Ceramics Ltd. in April 2024. Umair is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP).
He has 20+ years of diversified experience in Finance, Audit and Supply Chain. Umair started his professional career in 2004 with A. F. Ferguson (PwC). Later, he worked for Ernst & Young (Bahrain), K-Electric and Midas Safety Pakistan. During his professional journey, Umair was associated with Engro Corporation & its subsidiaries for 10 years in senior roles, including CFO (Engro EXIMP) and Head of Internal Audit (Engro Fertilizers). He played a pivotal role as project lead for SAP implementation in one of the Engro Subsidiaries for which he was awarded the Corporate Excellence Award.
Tafveez Amin
Designation: Director – Admin & IR
Tafveez Amin, currently the Director – Admin & IR is an experienced Human Resource professional with thirty years of rich and distinguished work experience at senior level in diversified industries in Pakistan and overseas with the Financial Institution, FMCG, Pharma & Construction Industry. He has a strong belief in advocacy for the organization as well as its employees with respect to cultural development. He was associated with MPI group – UAE, Macter Pharma, Engro Foods, Pfizer, King Lucky Foods, and Citibank – N.A.
He attended Leadership programs at Harvard Business School, also CIPD level 7. He obtained his professional degree MBA (Marketing & Finance) from Greenwich, MBA – HR from PIMSAT, and Postgraduate Diploma from IBA-KHI.
Tafveez Amin joined Shabbir Tiles & Ceramics Ltd. in December 2017 as the General Manager – Human Resources and has played a very important role is restructuring the departments and building a healthy and friendly work environment for Stile employees.
