Natasha Khalid joined Shabbir Tiles and Ceramics Limited as the Head of Legal & Company Secretary in 2024. She brings more than 8 years of extensive experience in corporate law, compliance, and governance matters.
Natasha has worked at one of the renowned law firms in Karachi on multiple merger & acquisition projects and other litigious & compliance matters. Further, she has served as a legal counsel for Cnergyico Pakistan Limited, and as a Group Legal Counsel for Weaves Corporation Limited. In addition, Natasha has experience in UAE law and has served as Company Secretary in one of the leading financial companies based in freezones in UAE, such as DIFC and ADGM. Natasha holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of London and is an advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan.
