Arif has previously held significant roles at prominent multinational and national organizations, including General Electric, Engro Fertilizers Ltd., Engro Foods Ltd., and GSK Pakistan. His management in overseeing large-scale projects has resulted in a flawless safety record with zero fatalities. In his current role, he is leading the development and execution of the company’s HSE strategy, ensuring full regulatory compliance, and promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility. His leadership is key to strengthening the company’s commitment to maintaining the highest health and safety standards for all employees and stakeholders.
