Product Description

Stile Bond is a high performance cementitious powder to be mixed with water or later install ceramic tile and natural stone using the thin set method of installation. Latex 73 is specially design for used with stile bond for high strength which is frost chemical and shock resistant. It is designed for interior and exterior installation of ceramic tiles and natural stone for walls and floors.

Mixing

Put 4 litre of water and 2 litre Latex73 in 20kg stile bond . Liquid and dry material should be thoroughly mixed and allowed to slake 5-10 minutes, then remix before application. Adjust quantity of liquid to obtain ceramy,smooth, wet and tacky consistency.

Recommended Surface

Use over clean, sound concrete. brick, block, and cement plaster, marble and ceramic tile. All surfaces should be structurally sound, clean and free of dirt, oil, grease, paint must be removed.

Coverage

Stile bond covers approx, an area of 4-5m2 depending on surface.

Limitation

Do not apply directly to plywood, chipboard, particle board and decorative laminates . Do not install tile/stone when surface temperatures are below freezing.

Cautions

  • Stile Bond may irritates eyes and skin. Avoid contact with eyes orprolonged contact with skin.
  • In case of contact, flush the part thoroughly with water.
  • Avoid breathing dust.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

How to apply on Floor & Walls

  • 1. Apply a layer of adhesive mortar on to the clean surface with the flat side of the trowel.

  • 2. Use the notched side of the trowel and install another layer of the adhesive mortar at a 45(c)-60 (c) angle.

  • 3. Place block on the tiles and tap with hammer.

  • 4. Spread grout paste with a firm sharp rubber float.

  • 5. If a haze appears on the surface of the tiles after grout is dry , buff of with clean dry cloth.
