UNSANDED GROUT
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Unsanded Grout is a blend of Portland cement, chemical additives, and colour fast pigments. It is designed for wall & floor tiles with the joint
of 1-3mm. Grout admix is especially made to enhance the efficiency and durability of unsanded grout. It is used in place of water to improve the
performance of grout. Unsanded Grouts are available in different shades.

INSTALLATION

• SURFACE PREPARATION
  Before starting to grout remove spacers and debris in grout joint and remove dust and dirt using a wet sponge. Do not leave water standing in joints. Room temperature must be between 40 f (4 c) and 90f (32c) .
  
  
• MIXING
  Use approximately 1 litre Grout Admix or water in  (3 kg) of Unsanded grout. Place Grout Admix or water in a clean mixing container and add grout powder slowly. Mix by hand to a smooth stiff consistency. Allow to     slake for 5-10 minutes and remix.
  
  
• APPLICATION
  Dampen tile surface with water. Spread with a sharp, firm rubber grout float. Work the grout paste into joints until completely filled. Use diagonal stroke to pack the joints. Insure that joint is filled and grout is not just sitting on top(i.e. “bridging the joint” ).
  
  
• CLEANING
  Grout Primary Cleaning –Remove excess grout from the face of the tiles with the edge of the grout float. Hold the float at a 90(c ) angle and pull it at a 45© angle diagonally across the joints and tile to avoid pulling out the material.
  
  Grout Secondary Cleaning – Remove remaining grout with a damp sponge (not wet) or a damp towel. Work diagonally to the joints. Allow grout to become firm, before cleaning. Use water application to the minimum.
  
  Coverage: Approximately m2 coverage per #1kg
  

LIMITATIONS

• Do not use acid to clean joints
  
• Excess of water or Grout admix can be responsible for interior results.
  

CAUTION Eye irritant and corrosive to skin. Wear protection equipment including rubber gloves, goggles and dust mask. Keep away from children.
