STILE FORTIFIED BONDS
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONStile Fortified Bond is high performance Floor Thin Set Mortar used with water or Latex 73 for specially installing Marble, Porcelain and Granite Tiles .It is designed for application to lay larger sizes of tiles and formulated for high durability and strength . Use with Latex 73 for high performance interior and exterior application.

MIXING Put 5litre water and 1litre latex73 thin set admix in 20 kg bag of Stile Fortified Bond. Liquid and dry bond should be thoroughly mixed and allowed to slakes 5-10 minutes, then remix before application. Adjust quantity of liquid to obtain creamy, smooth .wet and tacky consistency.
RECOMMENDED SURFACEUse over clean Concrete, Block, Cement, Plaster,Marble, Ceramic & Porcelain Tiles. All surface should be structurally sound, clean and free of Dirt, oil, Grease , Paint must be removed.
COVERAGE Stile Fortified Bond covers approx an area of 4- 6 m2 according to surface conditions.

LIMITATIONSDo not apply to Plywood, Chipboard, Particle Board and decorative Laminates. Do not install tile/stone when surface temperature is below freezing.
CAUTIONS
- Stile Fortified Bond may irritates eyes & skin. Avoid contact with eyes or prolonged contact with skin.
- In case of contact, flush the part thoroughly with water.
- Avoid breathing dust,
- Keep out of reach of children.

How to apply
- Apply a layer of adhesive mortar on to the clean surface with the flat side of the trowel.
- Use the notched side of trowel and install another layer of adhesive mortar at 45©-60( c ) angle.
- Porcelain tiles, mosaic tiles, marble. Butter the back of each piece before placing.
- Place tiles while mortar is wet and tacky.
- Use a beating block to bed the tiles firmly.
- Align joints and clean surface of the tiles as work progresses.
