Mr Murtaza started his professional career back in 1999 with Honeywell International, a multinational conglomerate; in the field of Aerospace Engineering. His first assignment was to build and test modular avionics units for Gulfstream and Embraer programs. He left Honeywell and joined Indus Motor company (Toyota) in 2006 in the field of project engineering to setup plant for New model introduction. Before joining STCL in 2015 , In IMC he was heading the Auto parts development and purchasing department leading some 70 Auto part manufacturers across Pakistan .

Waquas Ahmed was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company in September 2016 and has been associated with STILE since 2010. He is having more than 8 years of diversified professional experience at senior management positions in Finance, Audit and Operations.
Waquas is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He completed his qualification in 2008.
He is a well-qualified and result oriented Professional. He has over all 31 years of successful experience in positions of increasing responsibility and duties.
He has been a top performer with track record of exceeding set goals and expectations and has successfully managed various business lines within Consumer Bank and SME both in Conventional and Islamic mode of financing. In his roles, he has managed Credit as well as Loans and Liabilities businesses and has delivered in Product, Sales, Marketing, Collection, and Credit Initiation. In addition, he has done Business Reviews and Audits regularly.
Earlier he has worked as Senior Consultant for different global Consultancy Companies, House Building Finance Corporation as Head of Credit and Operations, Citibank Pakistan as member of their Management Committee and Head of different business lines, Smithkline Beecham, and Allied Dunbar.
He has strong technical and leadership skills with proven successful record of transforming businesses into profitable mode.
